摘要

目的观察心痛灵片治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将64例中医辨证为气虚痰瘀阻络证的不稳定型心绞痛患者

随机分为基础治疗对照组（对照组）和心痛灵治疗组（治疗组）进行临床观察。结果治疗组中医临床证候改善、心绞痛缓解及心电图改善总有效率为90.63%、87.50%和75.00%

明显优于对照组（P<0.05）;经心痛灵片治疗后

全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原均降低

与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义（P<0.01）。结论心痛灵片治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切

且能改善患者的血液流变性

从而起到抗凝、防栓、促进纤溶的作用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xintongling Tablet on unstable angina.Methods Totally 64 unstable angina patients with pattern of qi deficiency and phlegm-stasis obstructing the network vessels were randomly divided into basic treatment control group and Xintongling treatment group.Results The improvement rates of Chinese medical pattern

angina and electrocardiogram in treatment group were 90.63%

87.50% and 75.00% respectively

higher than those in control group（P<0.05）.After treatment

the level of blood viscosity at both high and low shear rates

plasmic viscosity and fibrinogen decreased significantly in treatment group（P<0.01）.Conclusion Xintongling Tablet does have therapeutic effect on unstable angina.It can improve hemorheological indexes

resist coagulation

prevent embolism and promote fibrinolysis.
