Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Weikang Powder（Chinese Herbal Powder for Gastric Diseases） on helicobacter pylori（Hp） related chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.-Methods Totally 156 cases of Hp-related chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were randomized into two groups.The treatment group was administered Weikang Powder and the control group was administered western medicine Omeprazole

there was a significant difference in improving the dull pain

and constipation（P<0.05 or P<0.01）.-Conclusion Weikang Powder has an obvious therapeutic effect on Hp-related chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.Its mechanism in promoting the repair of gastric mucosa and the healing of ulcer may be related with its function in killing Hp and regulating the immunity.
