摘要

目的探讨乳宁Ⅱ号对乳腺癌MA-891TA2小鼠移植瘤生长转移的作用及其机制。方法建立乳腺癌MA-891细胞株TA2小鼠移植瘤肺转移模型

观察药物对移植瘤生长转移的影响

结合免疫组化法、图像分析法检测血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、血管内皮生长因子受体（VEGFR）、微血管数（MVC）、微血管面积（MVA）的水平。结果乳宁Ⅱ号组瘤重抑制率、肺转移抑制率分别为37.3%

65.4%

肿瘤的生长和肺转移受到明显的抑制;乳宁号组VEGF、VEGFR、MVC、MVA的水平较荷瘤对照组水平明显降低（P<0.05）。结论乳宁Ⅱ号能通过抑制新生血管形成发挥抑瘤抗转移的作用

其机制可能与通过下调VEGF、VEGFR表达水平有关。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of Runing Ⅱ（Herbal Formula for Mammary Cancer） on the growth and metastasis of transplanted tumor of mammary cancer MA-891 TA2 mice and its mechanism.-Methods The models of mammary cancer MA-891 cell strain of transplanted tumor of TA2 mice with lung metastasis were made to observe the effect of Runing Ⅱ on the growth and metastasis of transplanted tumor.The immunohistochemical method and image analysis were adopted to test the level of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）

vascular endothelial growth factor receptor（VEGFR）

and microvessel count（MVC）

and microvessel area（MVA）.-Results In the Runing Ⅱ group

the tumor weight inhibition rate and the lung metastasis inhibition rate were 37.3% and 65.4% respectively

the growth and metastasis were obviously inhibited;the level of VEGF

VEGFR

MVC and MVA was significantly lowered as compared with those of the tumor-control group（P<0.05）.-Conclusion The herbal formula Runing Ⅱ can inhibit the metastasis of tumor through inhibiting the angiogenesis

its mechanism may be related to lowering the level of VEGF and the expression of VEGFR.
