摘要

目的观察华夏小葱提取物对球囊损伤术后血管再狭窄的影响。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为8组

即球囊损伤2周/4周组、华夏小葱提取物2周/4周组、缬沙坦2周/4周组及立普妥2周/4周组。球囊损伤术后

高脂饲料喂养2周或4周后观察血管形态学变化

免疫组织化学法检测基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）和型胶原（CP）水平

并进行定量统计分析。结果各给药组较球囊损伤组管腔面积明显增大

新生内膜面积明显减小（P<0.05）;各时间点PCNA、MMP-2和CP表达均降低

华夏小葱组最低（P<0.01）。结论华夏小葱对血管平滑肌细胞增殖有一定抑制作用

可以改善球囊损伤后再狭窄。

Abstract

Objective To observe the influence of Chinese Allium fistulosum L.（PCAL）on restenosis after interveneional therapy.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 8 groups:model group（2w/4w）

PCAL group（2w/4w）

valsartan group（2w/4w）

Lipitor group（2w/4w）

10 rats in each group.Rats were treated with drugs and high fat foods for totally 2 or 4 weeks.Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of matric metalloprotenase-2（MMP-2）

proliferation cell nuclear antigen（PCNA）and type Ⅰ collagen（CPⅠ）in the vascular.The expression were analyzed by imane analysis.Results At each time point

the lumem area was larger and the neointima area was smaller in all the treated groups than in model groups（P<0.05）.The expression of MMP-2

PCNA and CPⅠ in the vascular in all the treated group was decreased

that of the PCAL group（2w

4w）being the lowest（P<0.05）.Conclusion PCAL has the effect of preventing restenosis after balloon injury.
