摘要

目的通过研究藻黄胶囊Ⅲ号（ZHC3）对人肾小球系膜细胞（GMC）的影响

从分子细胞水平探讨ZHC3防治慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）的机理。方法ZHC3孵育体外培养的人GMC

采用MTT法检测GMC的增殖

ELISA法检测纤维连接蛋白（FN）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）和转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）的分泌水平。结果ZHC3可显著抑制GMC的增殖（P<0.01）

减少FN、IL-6、TGF-β1的分泌（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论ZHC3可减少肾小球内细胞外基质堆积

延缓肾小球硬化

这可能是ZHC3防治CRF的机理。

Abstract

Objective To explore the molecular and cellular mechanism of Zaohuang Capsule No.3 （ZHC3） in treating chronic renal failure through observing the effect of ZHC3 on the human glomerular mesangial cells （GMC）. Methods The proliferation of human GMC fostered in ZHC3 was detected by MTT

and the fibronectin （FN）

interleukin 6 （IL-6） and transforming growth factor β1 （TGF-β1） secretion was detected by ELISA. Results ZHC3 significantly inhibited GMC proliferation （P<0.01） and decreased the FN

IL-6 and TGF-β1 release （P<0.05 or P<0.01）. Conclusion ZHC3 reduces the accumulation of extracelluar matrix and delays glomerular sclerosis.This may be the mechanism of ZHC3 in treating chronic renal failure.
