the levels of estrdiol(E2)
luteinzing hormone(LH)
and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were significantly higher than those of control group;the thickness of endometrium
follicle diameter(FD)
and follicle count of FD≥12mm were significantly different from those of control group(P<0.01);the ovulation and pregnancy rates after 3 periods of treatment were much better than those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The TCM treatment stressed on regulating liver and reinforcing kidney integrated with western medicine for promoting ovulation can significantly increase the ovulation and pregnancy rates
being a good method for treatment of anovulatory infertility.
