摘要

目的评价通痹合剂结合辨证治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的临床疗效。方法将90例RA患者随机分为两组

中药组以通痹合剂结合辨证口服中药治疗

西药组口服尼美舒利、甲氨蝶呤、柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。治疗3个月后

观察两组疗效及相关生化指标。结果两组均能改善RA患者症状、减轻关节肿胀指数、压痛指数

降低血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）（P<0.01）;并且中药组对RA患者症状的改善、患者及医生对病情的总体评价也优于西药组（P<0.05）。结论通痹合剂结合中医辨证治疗能有效治疗RA

未见明显不良反应。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Tongbi Heji（Mixture for arthralgia）plus syndrome differentiation treatment on rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods The 90 cases were randomized into two groups.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Tongbi Heji plus herbal medicines for oral taking based on syndrome differentiation.The western medicine group was administered nimesulide

methotrexate and sulfasalazine.The effect of two groups and the changes in biochemical examination were observed for comparison after 3 months’ treatment.Results In both groups

the symptoms were relieved

the indices of joint swelling and tenderness reduced

and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）and reactive protein C（CRP）lowered（P<0.01）.The improvement of pathological condition of RA patients in the Chinese medicine group and the overall evaluation of patients and doctors were all better than those of western medicine group.Conclusion Tongbi Heji plus syndrome differentiation treatment can treat RA effectively and improve the pathological condition of patients.The side effect is less.
