Objective To study the correlation between the blood stasis syndrome of the coronary heart disease(CHD) and the abnormal expression of actin-related genes. Methods Based on the study of disease-syndrome combination
the 5 sample cases and the 5 normal samples were mixed respectively
and the disease-syndrome chips were made from hybridization of the mixed samples. The self control chips of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction were designed according to the blood viscosity before and after treatment. The signal pathway was analyzed on the different expression genes to find out the hemoglutination and blood rheology related expression genes and the pathway of the regulation of actin cytoskeleton. Results In the two chips
ACTA2
fibronectin(FN1)
haptoglobin(Hp)
and secreted phosphoprotein(SPP) were those genes which had different expressions of hemoglutination and blood rheology. They were related with the five pathways
including the cell communication
focal adhesion
ECM-receptor interaction
regulation of actin cytoskeleton
and TGF-beta signaling pathway. Conclusion The blood stasis syndrome of CHD is correlated with actin gene and its metabolism regulation
introducing the 5 signal transmission pathways of abnormal genes of hemoglutination and blood rheology.
