摘要

目的观察药流复宫汤辅助药物流产的临床疗效。方法采用随机平行对照开放性临床观察方案将134例自愿要求使用药物终止妊娠的早孕妇女分为治疗组和对照组各67例

对照组给予米非司酮配伍米索前列醇

治疗组在以上基础上加用药流复宫汤

共治疗7天。观察两组流产情况、阴道出血量及出血时间、尿妊娠实验（HCG）转阴时间并评价流产效果。结果治疗组在孕囊排出时间、阴道出血量及出血时间、尿HCG转阴时间以及流产效果方面均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论药流复宫汤辅助药物流产终止早孕疗效肯定

并且优于单纯应用西药。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Fugong Decoction（Decoction for Uterine Restroation） as assistant therapy of medicinal abortion for early pregnancy.Methods The 134 early pregnancy women who were volunteers of medicinal abortion were randomized into a treatment group and a control group with 67 cases in each.The control group was treated with Mifepristone and Misoprostol while the treatment group treated with Fugong Decoction based on these drugs.Totally they were treated for 7 days.The abortion effect

with significant difference（P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Fugong Decoction as assistant therapy for medicinal abortion for early pregnancy is confirmed and better than that of western drugs used simply.
