Objective To study the effect of Kangxianling Granule（Anti-fibrosis Granule） on microinflammation in maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia.Methods Totally 78 patients in maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into 2 groups: 40 in treatment group and 38 in control group

and 15 healthy subjects were as healthy group.The treatment group and control group were treated symptomatically

8 weeks as one course.After 2 courses of treatment

cytokine interleukin 6（IL-6）

tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）

and plasma albumin（AlB）

hemoglobin（Hb）

transferrin（TF）

body mass index（BMI）

and dialysis adequacy Kt/V were detected.Results Compared with healthy group

all indices of patients in maintenance hemodialysis were significantly different（P<0.05）.After treatment

IL-6 and TNF-α of the treatment group were significantly decreased in comparison with those of the control group（P<0.05）;while AlB

TF and BM were increased significantly in comparison with those of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Kangxianling Granule can improve the microinflammation state in maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia to a certain degree.
