Combining with the development situation of Chinese clinical practice guideline （CPG） and studying on development of international evidence-based practice guideline

we find that the main problems during the process of CPG development include two sides. The first one is deficiency of related clinical trials; the other is absence of standard programs and methods during the progress of CPG development

based on which we give some advices. The purpose is to provide the methodology support to other TCM guidelines development and make a beneficial exploration on the model of TCM guidelines development.
