摘要

目的观察祛风方对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用及其机制。方法将32只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、激素组、中药组

每组8只。大鼠右后足趾皮内注射福氏完全佐剂0.05ml致炎;激素组造模后予强的松片每次0.25mg灌胃

每日2次;中药组造模后予祛风方每次3ml灌胃

每日2次。21天后检测各组大鼠膝关节滑膜白细胞介素1β（IL-1β）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）的mRNA表达水平。结果正常组、激素组、中药组大鼠膝关节滑膜组织IL-1β、IL-6 mRNA的表达均低于模型组

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;正常组、中药组与激素组3组之间比较无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论佐剂性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞IL-1β、IL-6 mRNA表达水平是上调的

激素和祛风方有抑制其转录和表达的作用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Qufeng Recipe（Recipe for eliminating wind）on adjuvant arthritis（AA）rats and its mechanism.Methods Thirty-two Wistar rats were randomized into the normal group

model group

hormone group

and Qufeng Recipe group.The AA rat models were established by injecting intracutaneously Freund’s adjuvant 0.05 ml into the right hind-paw.By gastrogavage

the hormone group was given prednisone after modeling

0.25 mg each time

twice a day;and the Qufeng Recipe group was administered the decoction of Qufeng Recipe

3ml each time

twice a day.Twenty-one days later

expression of interleukin-1β（IL-1β）mRNA and interleukin-6（IL-6） mRNA in synovial tissues of knee joint of all groups was detected.Results In comparison with the model group

the IL-1β mRNA and IL-6 mRNA expression of synovial tissues in the normal group

hormone group

and Qufeng Recipe group was lowered with the statistical difference（P<0.05）.There was no statistical difference among the normal group

Qufeng Recipe group

and hormone group（P>0.05）.Conclusion Expression of IL-1β mRNA and IL-6 mRNA in synovial tissues in AA rats is up-regulated.Hormone and Qufeng Recipe function to inhibit its transcription and expression.
