Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combined therapy of O3 and gyratus manipulation on knee osteoarthritis secondary exudative synovitis.Methods Eighty-six cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomized into treatment group of 36cases and control group of 50cases.The treatment group was given O3combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection and gyratus manipulation.The control group was given lidocaine and triamcinolone acetonide.The treatment was given to both groups once a week and lasted for 3weeks.Pain

motion range and function score of knee joint were observed.Results After the treatment

knee ache relieved obviously in both groups and the motion range and function of knee joint obviously improved in both group as well（P<0.05）.There was no statistical difference between groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion The combined therapy of O3and gyratus manipulation has definite effect for knee osteoarthritis secondary exudative synovitis.
