Objective To observe the inhibition of Jinfu’an Decoction on A549human lung adenocarcinoma cells（A549 cells）and explore its mechanism for lung cancer.Methods A549cells were cultured and randomized into blank control group

Jinfu’an Decoction small-dose

middle-dose and large-dose groups and cyclophosphamide group.The blank serum-containing or drug serum-containing culture medium was given to each group respectively.The inhibition of Jinfu’an Decoction on A549cells was detected with MTT assay.A549cells were stimulated to make p120ctn tyrosine phosphorylation and p120ctn was detected with immunoprecipitation and western blot.The adhesion and migration of A549cells were observed.Results Jinfu’an Decoction had an obvious dose-dependent inhibitory effect on A549cells.Comparing with the blank control group

p120ctn tyrosine phosphorylation of A549cells was significantly decreased in the Jinfu’an Decoction middle-dose group（P<0.05）.Comparing with the blank control group

the adhesion ability of A549cells was significantly increased in the Jinfu’an Decoction middle-dose and large-dose groups（P<0.05）.Comparing with the blank control group

the migration ability of A549cells in the Jinfu’an Decoction groups was significantly decreased（P<0.05）.Conlcusion Jinfu’an Decoction can inhibit the proliferation of A549cells and p120ctn tyrosine phosphorylation

decrease the malignancy of A549cells and cure lung cancer.
