Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huayu Formula （spleen-fortifying stasis-transforming formula

JHF） for abdominal allergic purpura.Methods Totally 176cases of abdominal allergic purpura were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 89and 87in each.The treatment group was given JHF first with colonic enema and then orally taken.The control group was given dipyridamole and pidotimod dispersible tablets orally.The treatment lasted for half a year.The changes of celiac lymph node

T cell subsets and D-dimer were observed before treatment and on the 21st day

90th day and 180th day of treatment.Results The D-dimer was increased before treatment and was restored to normal after treatment in both groups.The celiac lymph node was decreased in both groups on the 21st day

90th day and 180th day of treatment （P<0.01）

but with no significant difference between groups （P>0.05）.The CD4+and CD4 /CD8was increased in both groups on the 90th day and 180th day of treatment （P<0.01）

but with no significant difference between groups （P> 0.05）.The blood count

liver function and kidney function showed no abnormality in both groups before and after treatment.There was no adverse reaction and adverse event.Conclusion JHF is effective for abdominal allergic purpura.It can decrease D-dimer

eliminate celiac lymph node and improve immune function.
