摘要

目的探讨肉桂与黄连不同配伍比例对交泰丸中肉桂醛溶出率的影响。方法采取水煎法制备肉桂煎剂、交泰丸复方煎剂1（肉桂:黄连=1:2）、交泰丸复方煎剂2（肉桂:黄连=1:4）、肉桂醛对照品储备液（0.2μg/ml）

采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）得到各样品的高效液相色谱图

计算各样品肉桂醛溶出率。结果以肉桂煎剂的肉桂醛溶出率为100%计算

则交泰丸复方煎剂1、交泰丸复方煎剂2的肉桂醛溶出率分别为64.5%、47.3%。结论交泰丸水煎剂中黄连对肉桂有效成分肉桂醛的溶出有抑制作用。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of Rougui （Cortex Cinnamomi） and Huanglian （Rhizoma Coptidis） with different proportions on the Cinnamaldehyde dissolution rate in Jiaotai Pill （Peaceful Interaction Pill）.Methods The decoction method was used to prepare Rougui Decoction

No.1 Jiaotai Pill Decoction （Rougui:Huanglian=1:2）

No.2 Jiaotai Pill Decoction （Rougui:Huanglian=1:4） and reference standard stock solution of Cinnamaldehyde （0.2 μg/ml）.The high performance liquid chromatogram of each sample was obtained with high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） and the Cinnamaldehyde dissolution rate was calculated.Results The Cinnamaldehyde dissolution rate in No.1 Jiaotai Pill Decoction and No.2 Jiaotai Pill Decoction was 64.5% and 47.3% respectively when taking the Cinnamaldehyde dissolution rate in Rougui Decoction as 100%.Conclusion In Decoction of Jiaotai Pill

Huanglian can inhibit the dissolution of the active ingredient Cinnamaldehyde in Rougui.
