Objective To study the efficacy mechanism of Erzhi Tiangui Granules（Double Supreme Tiangui Granules）and Yougui Pill（Right-Restoring Pill）for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET）.Methods Totally 175female mice were randomized into the normal group（gavage with 0.5ml normal saline）

kidney yin deficiency model group（gavage with 300 mg/kg Thyroid Tablets for 10days）

kidney yin deficiency treatment group（gavage with 0.5ml Erzhi Tiangui Granules while modeling）

kidney yang deficiency model group（intramuscular injection of 25mg/kg Hydrocortisone Injection）and kidney yang deficiency treatment group（gavage with 0.5ml Yougui Pill while modeling）

with 35in each.Superovulation was conducted on the 11th day of experiment.Oocyte retrieval was conducted on 30mice in each group and the methylation status of Snrpn and Peg1/Mest in ovum was observed.Another 5female mice in each group were caged together with 5male mice and the zygotes were taken to observe the numbers

cleavage rate and embryo formation rate.Results The Snrpn and Peg1/Mest genes were fully methylated in the normal group.The Snrpn and Peg1/Mest genes were obviously demethylated in the kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency model groups.The methylation of Snrpn and Peg1/Mest genes was partially corrected in the kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency treatment groups.Comparing with the normal group
