Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qianjin Yikang Tablets combined with auricular therapy on menopausal syndrome.Methods Totally 200cases of menopausal syndrome were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 100in each.The treatment group was given Qianjin Yikang Tablets and auricular therapy.Auricular point Liver（CO12）、Kidney（CO10）

Sympathetic（AH6）、Endocrine（CO18）、Shenmen（TF4）and Subcortical（AT4）were selected to press once a week.The control group was given Nvzhen Particles.One treatment course lasted for 1month and the treatment lasted for 3courses.The TCM symptom（hot flashes

sweating

upset hot

dizziness

tinnitus

weak knees

forgetfulness

insomnia

menstrual disorders

dry skin

itching

dry mouth and dry stool）scores were evaluated.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 98%and 88%respectively

with a significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.The TCM symptom scores were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment（P<0.05）

especially in the treatment group（P<0.05）.There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Qianjin Yikang Tablets combined with auricular therapy is effective for menopausal syndrome and it can obviously improve the efficacy and relieve TCM symptoms with safety.
