Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of kidney-supplementing enuresis-checking formula particles combined with umbilical compressing for enuresis in children with kidney qi deficiency pattern.Methods Totally 48cases of enuresis in children with kidney qi deficiency pattern were randomized into the treatment group of 25cases and control group of23cases.The treatment group was given kidney-supplementing enuresis-checking formula particles and umbilical compressing.The control group was given Suoquanwan（Stream-Reducing Pill）particles.The treatment lasted for 4weeks.The enuresis

sleep depth and other minor symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 96.00%and 78.26%respectively

with a significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving sleep depth and relieving long voidings of clear urine

lack of energy and cold limbs（P<0.05）.Conclusion Kidney-supplementing enuresis-checking formula particles combined with umbilical compressing is effective for enuresis in children with kidney qi deficiency pattern and it can relieve enuresis and sleep depth.
