摘要

目的观察金沸草散加减联合沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将82例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例。对照组予沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂吸入治疗

每次1吸

每日2次;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用金沸草散加减

每日1剂。治疗8周后评价临床疗效

并观察治疗前后两组患者咳嗽严重程度评分变化及呼气峰流速日间变异率（PEFR）。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90.48%

对照组为67.50%

治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后咳嗽严重程度评分、PEFR均明显下降（P<0.05）;治疗后治疗组咳嗽严重程度评分、PEFR均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论金沸草散加减联合沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂能显著改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床症状、降低PEFR

疗效确切。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Jinfeicao Powder（ Inula Powder） on cough variant asthma. Methods Totally 82 cases of cough variant asthma were randomized into the treatment group of 42 cases and control group of 40 cases. The control group was inhaled with Salmeterol / fluticasone propionate dry powder twice daily. The treatment group was added with modified Jinfeicao Powder one dose daily. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 8-week treatment. The cough scores and peak expiratory flow rates（ PEFRs） were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 90. 48% and 67. 50% respectively

with a significant difference between groups（ P < 0. 05）. The cough scores and PEFRs were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment（ P < 0. 05）

especially in the treatment group（ P <0. 05）. Conclusion Jinfeicao Powder combined with salmeterol/fluticasone can obviously relieve the symptoms of cough variant asthma and decrease PEFR.
