摘要

针刺临床对照试验中对照穴位的设计是影响针刺研究水平的关键

而在常用的对照方法中

针刺安慰对照设置是临床试验的难点。分析近年来国内外对穴位位置及功能的新认识

包括穴区学说、触觉的两点辨别阈学说、皮部的治疗作用、穴位动态性研究等方面

力求为选取对照组穴位提供新的思路

建立更加体现中医治疗优势特色的研究方法。

Abstract

The design of controlled acupoints is the key of acupuncture controlled clinical study. The design of placebo-controlled acupuncture is the difficulty of clinical trial. The new knowledge on location and function of acupoints such as acupoint-area theory

haptic two-point discrimination threshold theory

therapeutic effect of cutaneous region

and dynamic research of acupoints were analyzed to provide new ideas for selecting acupoints in the control group.
