摘要

介绍朱宗元教授治疗颈椎病经验

朱老师认为

颈椎病属于中医学"痹证"范畴

病位主要在颈部

以络脉空虚、气血不足为本

风寒湿外袭为标

局部经脉痹阻不通是病机关键。制定祛邪补虚、活血通络为治疗大法

以葛根汤合斑龙丸配活血化瘀药加减为主方进行治疗。

Abstract

ZHU Zongyuan’s experience in treating cervical spondylosis was discussed in this article.Prof.ZHU thinks that cervical spondylosis belongs to Bi Syndrome in Chinese medicine and the disease location is mainly in the neck with deficiency of collaterals

qi-blood deficiency

wind-cold-damp external attack and local meridian blockage as the key point of pathogenesis.The evil-dispelling

deficiency-supplementing

blood-quickening and collateralsfreeing therapy is formulated.The combination of Gegen Decoction（葛根汤）

Banlong Pill（斑龙丸）and bloodquickening stasis-transforming medicinal is used.
