Objective To research the spectra of serum peptides and serum markers of heart failure patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and qi-deficiency blood-stasis pattern. Methods The serum samples from 30 heart failure patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and qi-deficiency blood-stasis pattern（observation group） and 20 healthy persons（normal control group） were collected. The spectra of serum peptides was obtained by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization / time-of-flight mass spectrometry（MALDI-TOF-MS）. The spectra model of serum peptides was established with Clinprot tools2. 1 and statistical methods. Results There were 47 differentially expressed protein peaks in the observation group and normal control group. The model was established with five peaks obtained from screening the best markers.
