摘要

介绍王秀霞治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症经验

并分析其辨证思路及遣方用药特点。认为肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者在中医的辨证当中

肾虚及瘀阻冲任是根本

卵巢多囊表现可视为癥瘕;治疗因时制宜;患者妊娠后应积极保胎。

Abstract

WANG Xiuxia’s experience in treating infertility resulting from obese polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） was introduced and the ideas of syndrome identification and characteristics of medication were analyzed in this article.The key TCM syndrome of infertility resulting from obese PCOS is kidney deficiency and blood stasis blocking Chong and Conception Channels.The manifestations of PCOS can be considered as pelvic mass.The treatment varies with conditions and fetus protection should be applied after pregnancy.
