Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingyi Tablets（清胰片）in treating mild acute pancreatitis. Methods Totally 76cases of mild acute pancreatitis were randomized into the observation group and control group

with 38in each.Both groups were given routine treatment.The observation group was added with nasal feeding of 1.2g Qingyi Tablets（清胰片）three times daily for two weeks.The patients in the observation group were orally taken the same dose of Qingyi Tablets after fasting.The efficacy was observed after treatment.The time of abdominal pain relief

body temperature recovery and fasting was compared between groups.The levels of pancreatic amylase and C-reactive protein（CRP）were detected before and after treatment.Totally 37patients cured within 2weeks in the observation group were randomized into observation groupⅠof 19patients and observation groupⅡof 18cases.Totally 31patients cured within 2weeks in the control group were randomized into control groupⅠ of 16patients and control groupⅡ of 15cases.The patients in observation groupⅠand control groupⅠ were orally taken Qingyi Tablets（清胰片）for 3months.There was no treatment in observation groupⅡand control groupⅡ.The recurrence was observed in each group. Results The time of abdominal pain relief and fasting in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The levels of pancreatic amylase and CRP were significantly decreased in both groups on the 2nd

6th day of the treatment（P<0.05or P<0.01）

especially in the observation group（P<0.01）.The cure rate in the observation group and control group was 97.33%and 81.58%respectively

with a significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.The recurrence rate in observation group Ⅰ was 5.26%

significantly lower than that in observation group Ⅱ（27.78%

P<0.05）.The recurrence rate in control groupⅠ was 6.25%

significantly lower than that in control groupⅡ（26.67%

P<0.05）. Conclusion Qingyi Tablets（清胰片）can improve the efficacy of mild pancreatitis.Continued use of Qingyi Tablets（清胰片）within 3months after discharge can reduce the long-term recurrence rate of mild acute pancreatitis.
