摘要

肿瘤患者常有情志不遂、心情低落等气郁的临床表现

认为气机郁结在肿瘤发生发展中具有重要作用。应以理气解郁为主要治法

包括理气疏肝解郁、理气消痰解郁、理气活血解郁、理气清热解郁

其机制可能与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、调节免疫、逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性有关。

Abstract

The cancer patients often feel depressed or manifest with other symptoms caused by qi stagnation.Therefore

qi stagnation is an important cause of cancer. Qi-rectifying depression-resolving therapy is commonly used in cancer treatment

including qi-rectifying liver-soothing and depression-resolving therapy

qi-rectifying phlegmdispersing and depression-resolving therapy

qi-rectifying blood-quickening and depression-resolving therapy and qirectifying heat-clearing and depression-resolving therapy. The mechanism of action may be related to inducing tumor cell apoptosis

inhibiting tumor cell proliferation

regulating immune

and reversing multidrug resistance of tumor cells.
