穴位和脏腑之间的特异性联系依据经穴所属经脉的不同而各异。在相同经脉

其腧穴具有主治本经和本腑病症的功能

也就是所谓的"经脉所过

主治所及"。在临床应用中则讲究气至病所。从经穴效应循经特异性入手

以合谷穴与面口部联系为例探讨穴位与疾病的关联

重点探析合谷穴对面口部存在生理、病理上的特异性调节现象

分析产生合谷穴与面口部特异性联系的物质基础。从刺激合谷穴对面口部的特异性影响相关的中医认识、物质基础、经穴刺激效应及治疗效应等方面加以探讨

以此阐述合谷穴与面口部的特异性联系。

Abstract

The specific relationship between points and organs varies with the channel that points belong to. The points on the same channel can treat same-channel diseases or same-organ diseases. The arrival of qi to disease location is emphasized in clinical applications. The specific regulation of Hegu（ LI4） on facial and oral area and its material basis was researched and analyzed from the relationship of Hegu and facial and oral area. The specific relationship of Hegu and facial and oral area was discussed from TCM theory
