Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Longxuejie Capsules combined with western medical routine treatment on 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction( AMI). Methods Eighty AMI patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group
with 40 in each. For 30 days
on the basis of routine western medical treatment
the observation group was given Compound Longxuejie Capsules
1. 2 g each time
3 times per day
while the control group was given spironolactone instead
30 mg per time
1 time per day. Left ventricular end diastolic( LVED)
serum levels of potassium
alanine aminotransferase( ALT)
aspartate aminotransferase( AST)
serum creatinine( SCr)
blood urea nitrogen( BUN)
creatine kinase( CK)
creatine kinase isoenzyme( CK-MB) and cardiac troponin( TNT) were detected before and after treatments. Results The total clinical efficiency in the observation group was 100%
which was higher than that in the control group( 80%
P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum levels of potassium in both groups between before and after treatment( P >0. 05). After treatment
LVED in the observation group was lower than that before treatment in the same group and after treatment in the control group( P < 0. 05). The levels of ALT
AST
SCr
BUN
CK
CK-MB
and TNT were significantly improved after treatments in both groups( P < 0. 05)
but the levels of ALT
AST
SCr
CK
CK-MB and TNT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05)
and the BUN level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Applying western medical treatment combined with Compound Longxuejie Capsules on AMI patients could improve clinical efficacy notably and better patient’s biochemical indexes.
