摘要

介绍翁维良教授治疗风湿性心脏病难治性心力衰竭的经验。结合病例总结临证辨治风湿性心脏病难治性心力衰竭的方法

即以益气温阳

活血利水为主

兼顾护阴液;辨病、辨证、辨症相结合;注重三因制宜;处方灵活

用药安全。

Abstract

This paper introduces professor WENG Weiliang’ s experience on the treatment of rheumatic heart disease with refractory heart failure. Based on clinical cases

it summarizes clinical pattern differentiation and treatment of rheumatic heart disease with refractory heart failure

namely with tonifying qi and warming yang and activating blood and draining water as the principle thing

giving consideration to protecting yin liquid. Disease differentiation

pattern differentiation

and symptom differentiation are combined; treatment chosen according to climate

locality and individual is attached importance to; prescriptions are flexible and medication is safe.
