摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）病程长

伴随反复急性加重

在疾病发展进程中呈多状态、多阶段的特点。由于既往临床试验观察时间有限

亟需开展对COPD不同阶段、不同时间段的连续效果评价。阐述了Markov模型在COPD研究中的应用

分析该模型运用于中医药治疗COPD研究的必要性、潜在优势和不足。并基于前期研究基础

将Markov模型初步运用于中医药防治COPD临床研究

为中医临床研究经济学评价提供一定基础。

Abstract

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） has long disease course

and is characterized by repetition

multi-state and multi-stage. Owing to the limit observation duration in past clinical trials

it is urgent to carry out continuous effectiveness evaluation on COPD at different stages and different time quantum. This paper expounds the application of Markov mode in the research of COPD

analyzes the necessity

potential advantages and disadvantages of applying this mode into treating COPD with Chinese medicine. Based on preliminary study

this research puts Markov mode into clinical study of prevention and cure of COPD with Chinese medicine

and lays a certain foundation for economic evaluation of TCM clinical study.
