Unified and normative oncologic terminology of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part in constructing oncology of traditional Chinese medicine. Normative oncologic terminology of traditional Chinese medicine must start from terminology in the ancient Chinese medical literature. This paper discussed the methods and operational process about teams with interdisciplinary study

using modern information technology to collect and study related oncologic terminology in ancient Chinese medical book. It is proposed that application of modern information technology to collect terminology in ancient Chinese medical book may achieve an efficient and comprehensive results.Multidisciplinary cooperation to collect oncologic terminology may make vocabulary more accurate and be suitable to clinical practice.
