This article introduces ZHAO Yuyong’ s experiences in treating albuminuria. In doctor ZHAO’ s opinion
protein belongs to "clearing Qi"
"essential Qi"and "nutrient substance"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The root pathogenesis of albuminuria is kidney failing to store and spleen failing to transport. On this basis
accompany with wind evil
water-dampness
dampness-heat
heat toxin
Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Therefore
the therapeutic methods would mainly include reinforcing spleen and kidney
dredging collaterals and eliminating phlegm
and combined with expelling wind evil
clearing heat and promoting diuresis and so on. In medications
the TCM differentiation and modern Chinese medicine pharmacology need been considered simultaneously.
