Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Bushen Huayu Tangshen Fang（ 补肾化瘀 糖 肾 方）combined with West Medicine treating Qi-Yin deficiency with blood-stasis syndrome of Ⅳ-stage Diabetic Nephropathy（ DN）. Methods 82 patients of Qi-Yin deficiency with blood-stasis syndrome of Ⅳ-stage DN were randomly divided into herb group（ n = 41） and control group（ n = 41）. Both groups were given West Medicine of basic hypoglycemic and protecting kidney therapy. Herb group were added with Chinese Medicine of invigorating kidney and removing blood stasis. A course consisted of 4 weeks. After 3 courses

the clinical effect in both groups were evaluated
