摘要

肝硬化腹水是肝硬化终末阶段的临床表现之一

多是因虚致病

本虚标实为其病机特点。杜健民教授认为

机体的正气虚尤其是阳气虚是肝硬化腹水发病的根本

故常以"温法"贯穿肝硬化腹水治疗的始终。

Abstract

Cirrhotic ascites is one of end stage clinical manifestations of cirrhosis

and the main pathogenesis includes pathogenesis induced by deficiency and deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. In doctor DU Jianmin’s opinion

the root pathogenesis is the Qi deficiency of the patients

especially the Yang Qi

therefore

warming therapy always be used during the whole treatment of cirrhotic ascites.
