Objective To investigate the correlation of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease with coagulation function and platelet parameters. Methods 74 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled
including 50 cases with blood stasis syndrome and the other 24 without it. Prothrombin time( PT)
activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT)
fibrinogen( FIB)
platelet count( PLT)
platelet distribution width( PDW)
mean platelet volume( MPV)
platelet large cell ratio( PLCR) and plateletcytocrit( PCT) in both groups were detected.International normalized ratio( INR) was calculated. All the parameters were compared between two groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation of blood stasis syndrome with parameters. Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influential factors of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease. Results PT and INR in blood stasis syndrome group were significantly lower than those in non-blood stasis syndrome group( P < 0. 05). Platelet parameters showed no significant difference between two groups( P > 0. 05). Blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease was correlated with PT and INR( P < 0. 05). INR is an influential factor of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease. Conclusion There is close relationship between blood stasis of coronary heart disease and coagulation function
