摘要

在总结中医药防治冠心病临床经验的基础上

结合国医大师张学文诊治冠心病的学术思想和临床经验

对冠心病的中医病因病机的认识加以总结

提出虚证是冠心病发病的基础

郁证是冠心病发病的始动因素

瘀阻脉络是冠心病发病的关键环节

痰浊黏凝是冠心病反复发作的重要因素

内毒致损是冠心病加重的内在因素。并强调了"虚、郁、瘀、痰、毒"在冠心病的发病中并不是单一存在的

往往是相互作用

反复交杂。

Abstract

Based on summarizing clinical experiences of TCM preventing and treating coronary heart disease

combining with academic thoughts and clinical experience of TCM master Zhang Xue-wen making a diagnosis and giving treatment to coronary heart disease

the authors summarized the understanding of the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. Deficiency syndrome is the basis of coronary heart disease attack

depression syndrome is the initial factor of coronary heart disease attack

blood stasis in vein is the key link of coronary heart disease attack

sticky and grumous phlegm is an important factor of coronary heart disease attack repeatedly and endogenous poison leading to damage is the intrinsic factor of coronary heart disease aggravate. And we emphasized that "deficiency

depression

stasis

phlegm and poison"did not singly exist in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease

but often acted upon each other and mixed repeatedly.
