摘要

介绍彭建中治疗失音症的经验。失音症与肺肾两脏关系最为密切

所谓"金水互生

病在肺肾"。治疗上应从虚实两方面进行

根据主症不同

选择疏散风寒

宣肺除瘖;清热化痰

解郁利咽;活血化瘀

通络利音;养阴润燥

清金解瘖;滋养肝肾

以复其音等法。

Abstract

PENG Jianzhong’s experience in treating aphonia was introduced. Aphonia is most closely related with the lung and kidney. The treatment is dissipating wind-cold

diffusing the lung

clearing heat and transforming phlegm

resolving depression and disinhibiting the throat

quickening the blood and transforming stasis

freeing the network vessels

nourishing yin and moistening dryness and nourishing the liver and kidney to eliminate aphonia.
