摘要

斑疹是温病学表现于体表的一项重要体征

斑疹的辨别是常用的诊法之一。温病学的斑疹与现代皮肤病学的斑疹不可简单地等同起来

临床运用时需要在明确诊断的前提下

结合中医的辨证论治

将温病学的辨证方法及方药灵活地运用于皮肤病斑疹的治疗中。

Abstract

Macules are the significant presentation in febrile diseases

manifesting on body surface. Differentiation of macules is one of the common diagnostic methods. Macules in the theory of febrile diseases are not equated simply with macules in modern dermatology. In clinical application

under the premise of definite diagnosis

the physician should combine with syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine to use differentiation methods

prescriptions and herbs of warm diseases theory flexibly in the treatment of macules.
