Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of Danhong Injection（ 丹红注射液） combined with routine therapy in treating patients suffering from diabetes with cerebral infarction. Methods Databases such as MEDLINE

and Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database were searched until December 2014. Randomized controlled trials on Danhong Injection combined with routine therapy treating patients suffering from diabetes with cerebral infarction were collected. General information of patients

as well as data on intervening measure and outcome indicator were extracted. Risk of bias evaluation tools were adopted to conduct quality evaluation on methodology of the researches included. Meta analysis was conducted on total clinical effective rate and neurological severity scores. Results Eventually 9 clinical studies were included

including 782 cases of patients. Results by Meta analysis indicated that
