摘要

病络是邪气侵袭络脉或正虚以及络脉本身的病变

导致络脉的形质改变或功能异常

造成相应脏腑组织器官损伤

引起疾病或病证的一种基本病机。通过分析病络与脑、心、肾疾病的相关性及脑、心、肾疾病从络论治的理论基础和实际应用

提出在病络理论指导下构建脑、心、肾一体化中西医结合防治体系的思路

以期指导病络理论在临床的应用。

Abstract

Diseased collaterals is a basic pathogenesis that pathogens invading collaterals

weakened body resistance or disease in collaterals lead to changes of the collaterals’ form qualities or dysfunction to damage the corresponding Zang-Fu

and causes all sorts of disease or syndrome. Through analyzing the correlation between diseased collaterals and diseases of brain

heart

and kidney

as well as the theoretical basis and practical application about diseases of brain

heart and kidney treated from collaterals

the authors put forward the ideas about the construction of prevention and treatment system of integration of brain

heart and kidney with combination of Chinese and western medicine under the guidance of diseased collaterals theory

in order to guide use of the diseased collaterals theory in clinic.
