Western medicine emphasizes scientic and empirical nature
while traditional Chinese medicine looks for harmony of human and nature. Confronting western centralism culture view and the profound difference between Chinese medicine and western medicine
it is necessary to reestablish Chinese medicine culture orientation in global medical system
and to set out the proper culture communication strategy. The authors hold that
when constructing and establishing the identity of Chinese medicine culture in foreign culture
we can try to change the cultural identity of Chinese medicine from the western medicine’s view into the value adaptation of Chinese medicine in western medicine cultural context. By this communication strategy adjustment
it is hope that Chinese culture can gain more understanding and identification all over the world.
