Objective To observe the effects of Jingui Shenqi Wan（ 金匮肾气丸） combined with acupoint application on disease controlling and the immune function in the patients of clinical remission stage bronchial asthma with kidney-yang deficiency. Methods Eighty cases of bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group

with 40 cases in each group

starting treatment in Dog Days（ July to August）. The control group were only treated with Inhaled Budesonide and Formoterol. In addition to the treatment of the control group

acupoint application and Jingui Shenqi Wan were given for one month in Dog Days in the treatment group. Before treatment and three months after the treatment

asthma control test questionnaire（ ACT） score and serum Ig E level
