This paper introduces Prof. WANG Qingqi’s experience in treating colorectal polyps from "abdominal mass". The first principle is to relieve intestines and stomach. According to the "seed-soil theory"of cancer
if the regional micro ecological environment of the gastrointestinal tract is improved
it is difficult for cell mutation and tumor to grow. Gastrointestinal function is regulated taking Qi-blood
cold-heat and deficiency-excess as key links to treat the root cause. The second principle is to remove pathogenic abdominal mass. Intestinal tract is the "official of transportation". Hard masses should be disintegrated. Colorectal polyps are mostly due to longtime accumulation of phlegm
blood stasis
dampness and toxin
and finally forming into abdominal mass. The treating methods include:resolving dampness
