transmission and prognosis. Mitochondrion
as organelle of eukaryotic cell
has independent genetic system

senium and death. Based on the warm disease "Wei-Qi-YingXue"theory and the relativity between "Qi and mitochondrion"
this paper analyzes the syndrome development principles of Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue transmission
the changes of body microbody and entirety
as well as the relativity between Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue
mitochondrion
virus and innate immune system. The Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue transmission might lead to multiple visceral organs and systems diseases by virus inducing mitochondrial decay and promoting body innate immune system by RIG-I / mitochondrial antiviral signaling protein( MAVS) pathway. Herbs might regulate mitochondrion function
influence MAVS and improve body congenital immunity to eliminate pathogens and make Qi play its defensive role by protecting mitochondrial structure.
