摘要

现代医学研究证实

脑肠肽对慢性萎缩性胃炎的发生发展甚至癌变起着重要的调节作用。基于脑肠互动理论以传统中医理论和多肽组学为切入点

探讨中医药多靶点整体调治脑肠肽水平的机制

以此来预测慢性胃炎的发展状况及评估疗效

从而为临床遴选有效的干预措施提供理论依据。

Abstract

Modern medicine research confirms that the brain-gut peptides play an important part in the occurrence

development and even carcinogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG）. Based on brain-gut interaction theory and supported by traditional Chinese medicine theory and peptidomics

the authors discuss the mechanism of multitargeted and integral regulating of brain-gut petites by Chinese medicine

to forecast the development of CAG

evaluate the efficacy and provide theoretical basis for the effective intervention in clinic.
