摘要

阮士怡根据冠心病本虚标实交互为病的病机特点

认为本虚以脾肾亏虚为重

标实以痰瘀互结为重。临床论治冠心病时

提出益肾健脾、软坚散结、育心保脉治法

并注重心、脾、肾三脏同调

养心育心

同时顾及情志致病因素。

Abstract

According to the pathogenesis characteristics of deficiency in origin

excess in superficiality and interacting of coronary heart disease

Prof.RUAN Shiyi holds that deficiency in origin mainly refers to deficiency of spleen and kidney; and excess in superficiality is mainly intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.In clinical treatment of coronary heart disease

Prof.RUAN Shiyi proposes therapies of invigorating the kidney and spleen

softening and resolving hard mass

as well as strengthening heart and protecting vessels.Three Zang-viscera regulation of heart

spleen and kidney is emphasized.Nourishing and strengthening heart

as well as emotional pathogenic factors are considered at the same time.
