川芎]in postponing endothelial cells senescence.Methods The experimental subjects were divided into the senile cells group

the model of autophagy group

the resveratrol group and the alcohol extract of Renshen

Sanqi and Chuanxiong group.Except for the senile cells group

human senescent cardiac microvascular endothelial cells were made into model of autophagy by hunger in the rest of the groups.The resveratrol group was cultivated with 10 μmol / L of resveratrol solution

and the alcohol extract of Renshen

Sanqi and Chuanxiong group was cultivated with 100 mg / L of alcohol extract solution of Renshen

Sanqi and Chuanxiong

both for 48 h.Morphological changes of autophagosome in the cells were observed by using electron microscope

and expressions of autophagy protein Beclin1 and LC3 B were detected with western blot method.Results Compared with the model of autophagy group

there were more autophagosome with independent double and multilayer membrane structure in cytoplasm in the resveratrol group and the alcohol extract of Renshen

Sanqi and Chuanxiong group.Compared with the model of autophagy group

the expression of Beclin1 and LC3 B significantly increased in the resveratrol group and the alcohol extract of Renshen

Sanqi and Chuanxiong group（ P <0.01）.Compared with the alcohol extracts of Renshen

Sanqi and Chuanxiong group

the expression of Beclin1 and LC3 B significantly increased in the resveratrol group（ P < 0.01）.Conclusion The alcohol extract of Renshen

Sanqi and Chuanxiong may promote autophagosome to generate in senescent endothelial cells and autophagy protein to express.This may be the one of the important mechanisms about postponing endothelial senescence.
