摘要

肿瘤免疫编辑理论包括免疫清除、免疫均衡和免疫逃逸三个阶段

该理论阐述了肿瘤与机体免疫系统之间的关系。扶正抗癌法是中医治疗肿瘤的重要法则之一

基于肿瘤免疫编辑理论

临床在肿瘤早、中、晚期不同阶段运用扶正抗癌法的权重亦不相同。在肺癌治疗中

根据患者个体差异灵活运用扶正抗癌法调节机体免疫平衡

旨在使肿瘤细胞重新被识别清除或进入免疫均衡期

以达到抑制肺癌复发、转移目的。

Abstract

The cancer immunoediting theory

including elimination

equilibrium and escape stages

explains the relationship between cancer and body immune system. Strengthening vital Qi anticancer method is one of the important principles in Chinese medicine cancer treatment. Based on the cancer immunoediting theory

the weighting of using strengthening vital Qi anticancer method is different clinically in different stages（ early

middle and late） of cancer.In lung cancer treatment

according to patients’ individual difference

using strengthening vital Qi anticancer method flexibly might regulate body immune balance to make tumor cells reidentified and removed or go to the immune balance stage. Thus lung cancer recurrence and metastasis might be inhibited.
