摘要

特发性肺间质纤维化属于难治性疾病

其机理复杂

缺乏特效疗法。基于中医络病学说探讨本病的防治问题

治疗方面

强调以下原则:络病贯始终

当以通络先;气阴皆虚损

治则统肺脾;病情若复杂

主抓肺、脾、肾;合理运用通络药物。预防方面则应注意顺应四时

预防外感;调养精神

勿使过之;中药调养

作息规律。

Abstract

Idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is a refractory disease. The pathogenesis is complicated. Specific therapy is lacked. Based on Chinese medicine theory of collateral disease

the authors explore the treatment and prevention of this disease. As for treatment

the authors emphasize the following principles

i. e. collateral disease runs throughout the therapy; removing obstruction in collaterals is the first; As for Qi and Yin deficient

the principle is treating lung and spleen; If the case is complex

lung

spleen and kidney should be mainly treated; Herbs of removing obstruction in collaterals should be used reasonably. As for prevention

conforming to four seasons and preventing exogenous diseases should be paid attention. Regulating mentality

aviding excessive emotion. Herbs could be used for regulating and nourishing. Work and rest should accord to schedule.
