摘要

神经源性膀胱以尿不畅为主要症状

符合中医学"癃闭"范畴。吕仁和教授诊治本病善于灵活运用"六对论治"法

即对病论治、对病辨证论治、对病分期辨证论治、对症论治、对症辨证论治、对症辨病与辨证论治相结合。并根据医案分析总结其临床使用"六对论治"法治疗本病的临证经验。

Abstract

The main symptom of neurogenic bladder is dysuria.This disease is in line with "dribbling and retention of urine"category in Chinese medicine.Professor LYU Renhe is good at flexibly using the method of"six diagnosis and treatment principles"in diagnosing and treating this disease.The method includes treatment according to the disease

treatment and differentiation according to the disease

treatment and differentiation according to the disease stage

treatment according to the symptom

treatment and differentiation according to the symptom

as well as combination of differentiation according to the symptom and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The authors also analyzed and summarized Prof.LYU’s clinical experience in treating the disease by the method of "six treatment and differentiation"according to medical cases.
